この店には、切り離せない2つの顔があります。
レゲエ、ワールド、ディスコ、AOR、ハウス、和モノ、ソウル、ニューウェーブ、韓国・中国・ロシアまで。レアグルーヴを軸にしたオールジャンルの中古盤が、手に取りやすい値段で並びます。
そして一番大事なこと——店内で流れているレコードは、基本的にそのまま買えます。
What We Play
「オールジャンル」と言っても、軸はあります。DJが掘りに来るような、レアグルーヴと呼ばれる音。国も年代もまたいで、いい盤ならなんでも。棚は頻繁に入れ替わります。

Upstairs Records & Bar sits on the second floor of a building in Shimokitazawa's Ichiban-gai, about a five-minute walk from the station's east exit. It is a record shop and a bar at once: sit at the counter, have a drink, and listen to whatever is spinning — and if you like a record playing in the room, you can usually buy it. The selection runs all genres with a rare-groove heart: reggae, disco, AOR, house, wamono, soul, new wave, and records from Korea, China and beyond. Outside food is welcome. Open 21:00–25:00; check Instagram stories for the day's opening.
